Why are so many RNSs Canadian time…frustrating…?

They have raised enough cash to take them through to production and Wilson has invested £650 of his own 'coin' in buying shares...

Retail investors piled into the share offer at 10p but because the Board had to get approval for the much bigger MCap, there was a 3 week delay before they were listed.

During that period many panicked because the MMs were slamming the shares down and the PIs couldn't get out...

So when the shares were listed they dumped them like no tomorrow and the MMs ave been milking them ever since.

A few things were enough to persuade me to invest more...and wait...(I bought 200k in the Retail Offer but have added 600k at c9p since)

Wilson and his family personal commitment

A commitment to generate green hydrogen at the same price as diesel, giving contractors no reason to buy diesel generators

The South Thames Crossing's zero carbon commitment and its hydrogen commitment, but if they use blue or grey they have to transport20 trucks a day that cannot go through tunnels, whereas the '5' generator generates hydrogen onsite

The partnership with Industrial Chemicals and a soon to be named S&P500 company with a production JV and more partherships to come

There statement that they will not chase grant funding from the Government because they are confident they can manage without...

The oversold condition...the shares shot up to 18p after the presentation and were only brought to sub 9p by the scenario I described above...

You've conveniently overlooked the SP going to almost 18p only 2 months ago...

The share offer was oversubscribed at 10p

The new CEO you are criticising bought 3,328,750 shares in that offer with his own money and now owns 6,550,000 shares.

Thats a commitment.

As to the gravy train he made clear that he could have come in, beefed up the company and sold it to private equity and made £50 million.

He didn't.

So unless you've got shares you are in no position to criticise

That is the most sound post I’ve read recently. I think another factor is that suddenly small exploration companies have access to drilling funds they didn’t have before…plus one company multi bags and greedy investors try to find the next bargain…and finally not only are we deep into a mining bull market, especially gold, silver and copper, but also the M&A fest is just about to start…giving a further boost to undervalued shares all round…

Yes profits are not forecast before 2027 but...

Look how much skin in the game Wilson has, with himself, his wife and his son invested

Read for example the South Thames Crossing commitments to hydrogen

Realise that, starting with traders and weak holders being unable to get out for 3 weeks having committed to buy at 10p, the MMs were able to drive the SP down and even more weak holders have dumped out...

I have taken advantage of this temporary weakness to load up to over 600k shares because the SP was over 16p just before the Equity raise

and they are fully funded now through to production;

have committed to produce hydrogen as cheap as diesel

have landed Industrial Chemicals Group and an as yet unnamed S&P 500 company as partners

This is a very different company than when AB ran it

Wilson has made clear that he could have made an easy £50 million by packaging and selling to private equity but he did not because he expects to create something far bigger than that

Great investors List patience as a prime factor in making big money...

Its easy to get frustrated as you see the likes of WSBN increasing by up to 600% in a couple of months but...

This is a core holding for me and I expect to make serious money even to the extent of possibly multi bagging...

Finally I have two tiny granddaughters and this buys me a commitment to their health and future...
