Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I think it is worth remembering that there are not many companies that have a customer willing to pay for your product i.e. gold ore, pay to find it and produce it and also then if you have any more of the product they will buy that as well! What a fantastic deal GH has done.
I feel a MC of £150 - 200m is likely, so a SP of approx. 5p is not impossible.

I got the impression that they were endeavouring to list on the main market rather than AIM.
If this is the case why cannot they relist on AIM?
Anyone know?

Brilliant manoeuvre by GH to get this deal but why is the sp at this level?
I think the timings on paper, in the RNS put it at 6yrs to production when all the max times are added up in the stages 1-4. I think in practice the timings will be set out to keep the Telfer plant fed with material to process. Then when Haveiron runs out they have a ready supply if appropriate from Blackhills etc Probably cheap for Newcrest but also good for GGP because they do not have to find a new partner for the other Tenements. so perhaps the share price is still determined by the drilling at Haveiron and also GGP's at the other sites.
Possibly the drill company may not be pleased as they may not be paid in shares in the future!

I cannot see how they can issue the PEA without sorting out Cornerstone first. That means this will drag on well into or the end of the next quarter with the share price hanging around this level. I see nothing to significantly move it upwards unless there is a play by a large miner. I do not see another miner coming on board until Cornerstone is sorted out. So sadly it is a waiting game which is quite boring.

What a weird multiple of 1.5587! I wonder how they got to that?

We have certificated and uncertificated shares.
We have the forms completed and share certificate ready to be sent off.
The uncertificated shares are held on Interactive Investor. There are no details about this on there website as yet. I have instructions because they came with the other certificated shares and they are on the ACG website. See below
http://www.atlanticcoal.com/News/News/2019/DSS%20ACG%20Circular_final.pdf
Apparently you have to do a TTE instruction to Euroclear for the transfer of the shares to escrow.
I am not sure how to do that yet but messaged II for help.
I fear many will miss out because they do not get instructions or the instructions are complicated.
If people have experience of this please help everyone else. Thank you

As I thought any money here was gone for good
I am pleased the company is doing well.

CGP had to contribute to the exploration costs at some point in the future.
Presumably these are wiped out if the whole company is taken over but not if CGP remains.
Can someone explain?
I am a bit confused by it all!
