Womo it says:
There are more than twenty magnetic anomalies similar to that observed at Havieron within Greatland's Paterson licences and, in light of the exceptional mineralisation at Havieron, these represent compelling regional exploration targets
Yes you are right but just think if only 50% are significant - could be a disaster with the sp only hitting 20p!!!

From a comment a few days ago from somebody mentioning the RNS on 27th Nov 2018 - I have been re reading. Worth looking at. It seems that their - Geophysical Models have proved to be quite accurate when compared to the visual results of holes 6 - 9. Some of this has been done using down hole wire tests/measurements. Therefore an interesting part of the next RNS will be the results of the new down hole work in holes 6-9.
If this is 1 site out of 20 on Havieron then they will have be able to prove them up very efficiently by drilling in the right location. Perhaps this is more massive than I can imagine or believe.

Hi Paddy
Thanks for doing this originally - it certainly gives an interpretation of the data.
Your link to the Hotcopper site is fascinating - so much knowledge there!
The schematic indication of the tube type effect of the quality material is good to know because drilling may miss it altogether, cross it or be right in it. It makes sense now when the visual results of the rest of the holes describe the mafic intrusion. I am sure it is a lot more complicated than my simple description!
Thanks again
Matt
I copied this link from this site sometime ago - I cannot remember who posted it and do not know who produced it but if you have not seen it, it is worth a read.
There is a great cross section drawing showing like a tube of good stuff!
Apologies if I am wrong in this and thanks to whoever produced it.
If anybody can throw light on it then please do and take credit for it if they wish
I leave you to draw your own conclusions

Due to the time taken I believe something else is afoot - not sure how the regs work but I feel there is something going on with Rio especially with their man on board. Results of the wire work they were doing down the holes maybe also holding up a RNS. Presumably this will give an indication of what is deeper beyond drilling depth.

In the last RNS it said that results of samples would be announced over the coming weeks.
Well it is now well over a month - I know Xmas and New Year stuff is in there but if there is no news until next week then that is 6 wks or so!
I think GH is negotiating, probably with Rio, as they have an ex Rio man on board. He will then announce the results along with a JV in the future. He is unable to perhaps release results until the negotiations with Rio are complete.
Just my thoughts - I would be interested in others opinions.

What do people think of the share price?
With 40p being paid and 45p being paid prior to that by major miners I am surprised the share price has not hit these levels and sustained it there.
Do people feel it will hit these levels when the PEA is produced?
I do not think with the cash SOLG has that NM will sell anytime soon and I think it is more likely that he will have an agreement with another miner on another site rather than Alpala. He has said all the time that he wants to take this to production.

For doubter Jester , put up on 8/10/18
'do people really believe the permit will be this week? This company has said several, potentially, soon, near future, very close to, getting near........so many times that I am convinced something significant is blocking this we do not know about! This has been going on for 18months of false promises - why believe them now.No permits this year I believe.

This I what I predicted 2 weeks ago that we would not get the permits.
I have reread the RNS and think that by going to the EU court may be the quickest way as it might show AST mean business and they might take action prior to it getting to court. I am sure the officialdom do not need this expense.

This was put in a previous rns
'In this regard, the Company has engaged GMP FirstEnergy, an independent oil and gas advisory firm. Parties with a potential interest in making a proposal should contact David van Erp or Jonathan Wright at GMP FirstEnergy LLP (+44 (0)20 7448 0200).'
Had a look at their website and although they have done a lot in Canada it does not look like they have done much internationally. Have a look and see if you gain any confidence in their ability at this stage. Draw your own conclusions.

New80 I have seen the bod options - unfortunately they mean nothing if somebody is not going to pay the share price - bod may just want to get rid of this pile of **** - anyway bod options are there for success not failure!

As I have said before this is likely to be the purchase price because it is approx. 50% up on the sp of 0.8 - 0.9 p for the average over the last 3 months or so. Look at other companies that have been purchased in difficult situations. There will be a spike if the permits are ever produced and then fall back. The market tells us the company is worth 0.9p - you cannot buck the market.

Thank you Stockdale, I know it is but it is just as about as valid as the rest of the comments on here! As I have said before there is not a permit coming this year based on past performance of our Colin - I do not think he has given them enough luck money as the Irish say.

You remember she types up the permits. She only works Tues and Thurs so she is not due in today, but also she is off work long term sick. Others have said her desk is stacked high with paperwork. She needs to get back to work though because she has had the expense of 2 new tyres after her puncture yesterday. The stress is beginning to tell. We wish her a speedy recovery.

Also no transport variable costs on the contract and 50% of their output as it is picked up from the gate.
