You sound like you are selling yourself too cheap!
If you insist on repeating your previous biased post then I must repeat my reply

"I fear byotrol has missed the boat. "
"The public (and commercial customers) will have forgotten all about this in another couple of weeks."
Exactly. Covid-19 isn't even front page news anymore.
Not to be trusted at all and as you can see not exactly right
So stt you write"
"Therefore, whilst Byot had a huge increase in orders in H1, I don't think it's continued at the same record level achieved during the early months of the pandemic (Q4, fy2020 and H1 2021, Apr-Sept)."
You obviously then believe that the share price should be lower than it is at present so are you recommending -like you have been -to short sell Byotrol. If you are then say it instead of posting half truths.
So here is why we should listen to your advice, from the other site last Feb 2020

End of year isn't till end of March so how would they even know if they had any distributable reserves now.???
Seen it done many times before for various other companies with the same explanation and most times has facilitated a dividend.Have never seen it being used for any other nefarious reason.
Its basically so they can pay a dividend if they decide they want to.
"In addition to the normal business of the AGM, the Board also intends to propose resolutions to reduce the share premium account and other reserves in order to create a positive retained earnings balance and hence distributable reserves which would enable the Company to pay a dividend if and when deemed appropriate"
"IG is increasing margin requirements on 1,000+ stocks
Clients have until Friday 26 February 2021 to put up 100% margin on stocks affected
Positions will either be forcibly closed or kept open for another 30 days"
Byotrol was one of those stocks.
There is nothing at all that would indicate a bid or any corporate actions of that nature are ongoing.Chinese whispers constructed by traders.
Not at all
Doesn't look like erosion to me its been in this range since October.Interims were very upbeat and there is nothing at all that I can see that would make me want to sell.Trading update due in March and Solvay results Feb 24th lets see what they have got to say about the Blockbuster
But what use would they be if they don't kill virus' .The non alcohol gels that work aginst virus' that are used by the NHS etc that have prolonged protection are going to be more expensive.I think you should recommend a decent sanitiser like Invirtu don't you!!
Where does it say it kills virus' and where does it say it gives prolonged microbial effect after using ??? You pay peanuts you get this.
Well that can add to the Solvay Blockbuster quote..2021 License revenues which are 100% profit are going to be very interesting
