So how long would it be from patent to licence the IP....the same as Solvay and Actizone ? This might also influence PI short term investment decisions somewahat.

I really cannot understand why when they knew there was a delay in the audit they didn't suspend the listing.

Delay to results negative,increase in cash consideration part of sale by £200k positive ,thats my balanced opinion

Like yourself Captain back of fag packet,assumed a starting position of zero before the placing which is probably wrong,added placing,added Abingdon payment,added CD4 stock payment,then deducted £300k x 5.I have also assumed they have been break even with the remaining part of the business.I also take no notice of FinnCaps price targets but they do serve a purpose of sorts.If you look back pre covid you can see what attracted Richard Sneller as a shareholder here and if they are cash positive going forwards they should not really be valued at this low level.

Been trying to grind through the corporate actions to work out their current cash position.I know they say fully funded but my thoughts are they are currently sitting on about £2.5m cash.Hard to ascertain trade payables but with a potential £4/5m due for CD4 in a few months time its not looking that bad.Lots of write downs coming so the FinnCap forecast is also difficult to gauge..Obvious fly in the ointment is the DHSC payment but even if they did have to pay it back over say 24 months I don't think its the end of the world.Any thoughts

Authority will allow them 10% so when you look at the daily volume its a fair way up.These shares would also be held as treasury shares and you would assume be used as part of any acquisition

It might be dilution but if you manage to uplift the share price to the premium placing amount I would take that any day.

Boots website was down yesterday so looked at MyHealthChecked Test sales numbers at 7am and it was 18.As I write its increased to 60, not bad for an hour and a half .

When you have a really great interview like this why would you try and be negative on the CEO's shareholding .You do sound like the other person on this thread who tends to try and make something out of nothing.....

Also has 5m in share options so close to 3% total or at todays SP around £1m not that small really.
