Check the notes on the last full accounts. There's a lot of detail around the procedures in place to credit check buyers and the typical historical credit terms, settlement periods and default rates which are incredibly low.

Something odd is going on with the SP as you say. No doubt in a few days time the trade will be reported. Probably an institution offloading a wedge of shares to the unsuspecting retail investors.

They have tipped Falanx this morning but I notice they are a joint broker for them. Surely this is a conflict of interest?
