10am on 12th Nov is exactly 13 days since #26 departed.

Think will more likely arrive on 13th or am on 14th, is approx 700nm journey, if averages 10 knots is 70 hours, almost 3 days sailing, will probably go a little quicker, but is best to wait and see...

Also have TL coming to DC4 soon, so hopefully no congestion as DC4 is not far from AK, sure all planned beautifully on critical path.

Good day all...

Having a look at the US prod figures (to Aug 18), can see not just shale, GoM offshore is also up, from Q1 was up ~20% (~400k bopd)... Texas onshore added about 400k during the period also... Can see regional group "P ADD3"...

Can see an increase in Permian drilled but not completed of 194 wells !!!

As E121 mentions, US are unlikely to slow, so will be left to NOPEC and OPEC to balance, current low WTI Poo may be the only thing to slow them down...

Time will tell how pans out...

Hey KO...

Think is prudent to see what comes from OPEC meeting over weekend... Pretty sure OPEC + NOPEC won't wish for all their efforts to balance supply and demand to be in vain...

Nerves are still raw, future projects still requiring financial sanctioning and funding... Think about $78 is fair for Brent Poo, exploration is not cheap and not seeing many recent big discoveries in conventional world, in fact quite a few dry holes.

Anyway, Poo is outside ENQ's control, can hope AB did some good hedging in the 80s...

Is worth a hold for the update, lol, MO knows sods law

MO will be raiding Lidl's skips and a neighbours conifer branch for xmas tree... Saying that... nothing wrong with a bit of market carnage and turmoil, keeps ya young, MO's learning to hedge a bit too !!!!

Am anticipating some good oil hedges by ENQ for 2019, hope will see in update... ENQ likes to Super Hedge ;-}

Agree E121... MO's currently waiting for tanker, is now about 10.1 days since #26 departed, so if well testing nearing conclusion will hopefully get one within next couple of days, #26 was 16.7 day gap, so certainly looking to better that...

Spotted this, which regular tanker watchers have probably seen tanker Sola TS floating around...

"Greek Aframax tanker SOLA TS collided with Norway Navy frigate HNOMS HELGE INGSTAD in the morning Nov 8, probably around 0300 UTC, in North sea north of Bergen, Norway. Laden tanker left Sture Terminal shortly before collision. According to Norway media reports, frigate sustained heavy damages, water ingress, probably in danger of sinking, all 137 crew evacuated, 7 were slightly injured. Tanker said not to suffer serious damages, as of 0530 UTC she was near collision site, moving in northern direction at dead slow speed, escorted by tug. Salvage under way, many tugs and SAR ships in collision area."

They definitely CAN switch off AIS, have seen on numerous occasions, especially in port, they do in Sullom Voe, have also seen Armada Kraken switch off for days when wanting privacy... Cheers

Hey Plebeens...

I doubt SN is turning AIS off, is much more likely is out of radio transmission range, is normal with AIS in North Sea.

Can get standby safety vessels with AIS repeaters, like Esvagt Don (MO's fave) allows near realtime AIS at Kraken field.

If interested have just seen Scott Spirit leaving Solan field with upto 300k barrels, off to Rotterdam...

Is a mixed bag... Magnus looks like maybe 2 week shutdown in Aug, hence 50% production, is usually the reason...

Have 49.7k boepd (including 1.6k assoc gas) so with Malaysia is around 60k boepd, below is stats with Aug versus average change...
