The problem with that scenario is NCM have infinitely more firepower than GGP so could outbid for Artemis if they thought the gold/copper was running into that tenement. No way they would let GGP buy them and then have to pay more for GGP IMO

I am not sure there is the need to licence out. Its not like there is one pharma company that makes INFB and Nebulisers and would make the ideal partner. There are numerous companies that make INF B apart from the ones we have known contracts/or contact with as there is with nebulisers and there are a number of large CDMO's for fill/finish. Setting up and maintaining those supply contracts is just a matter of having the right people in place to manage the supply agreements and ensure the regulatory requirements are met. It appears to me the way the company is recruiting that licensing won't happen and they will run the covid commercialisation themselves.

Rcdm, Sorry still don't see the relevance. GDR are in an extremely competitive marketplace. At this stage of the game SNG are not. If the drug passes P3 they will get orders as there is very little competition. It could become SOC for the hospital environment. Eventually something else will come along to compete but until then SNG should do well.

Not sure why you would compare the share price movements of a testing company vs SNG to be honest. There are very few viable hospital treatments for covid, particularly after omicron wiped out MAB's. There are thousands of different testing companies. So not relevant IMO.

I expect mcap to rise to around £750m on positive results. If it comes with an EUA application then maybe further. If it comes with preorders then it will rerate to a small multiple of the value of those orders and at that point I expect mcap to be in the billions.

As a LTH of several years I won't be selling upon results as at that point the company is majorly derisked and it will then be down to how well they are able to commercialise the product. I don't believe polygon have invested at the level they have to get a meagre £200m rise in mcap and either have I. There is plenty going on in the background here and I am interested to see where it leads.

Wrong tree. The new study has nothing to do with long covid.

This could be a very important study for SNG. It seems the study doesn't check whether breathlessness was a symptom for the these patients, or if they do they haven't reported it. Would be interesting if there is a correlation between this symptom and these results.

Well said Doc. Agree wholeheartedly with that sentiment. It’s much much more than just an investment. Many here have given their hard earned £’s to the company and trusted the management to go out and do their best to make a difference in this pandemic and many people’s lives....... and soon we will find out if they will play their part.

I don’t see the logic in this theory at all. Share price is irrelevant to raising funds as we have just seen with the most recent oversubscribed fundraise at 14.5p. A suppressed share price makes it easier to raise funds for an asset of this quality if they needed to do that in the market.

The 5% option should give GGP more than enough cash to get them through the next few years obligations for havieron and ensure that they have cash to drill in any case. I think the term sheets mentioned in 2021 won’t be needed.

This could have been a simple mistake and the company has abided by the rules of AIM by releasing an rns which you would expect to happen.

The rns states the company was notified yesterday. Doesn't mean the purchase happened yesterday. Could have happened at anytime and they are just ensuring all is above board prior to results release.

Closed periods only apply to release of financial results.

A couple of thoughts regarding this. On the prior art/inventive step” the company have an existing patent for the same methodology in asthma so surely this won’t be a problem.

Regarding the breathless concerns the company actually presented data in April 21 that showed that when the drug when given to those who were NOT breathless that it didn’t improve outcomes significantly better than placebo. I doubt the drug will ever be used as prophylactic but there is scope even in the published patent for home use for the breathless which the company knows the drug works best with.

That detail was all in the April 21 presentation. A lot of people don’t understand how important and detailed the information in that presentation is. It clearly shows how well SNG001 works in the breathless cohort.

WF, The reasoning is they didn't have any validation of the questions being used in the trial once people had left hospital. This pilot is to check they are valid/were asking the right questions. IMO should have happened prior to the trial not at the end! OSCI questions for hospitalised patients had been used in many trials and so have been validated.
