Doc, the question is, could knowing whether the drug worked or didn’t influence your responses at day 90. The statisticians would say this could introduce bias to those data points. So yes I think SNG wait.

The 90 days start from when the drug is first taken not after the treatment is completed.

The protocol states that secondary endpoints will not be formally analysed unless primary endpoints are statistically significant. That is a document SNG put together.

I am speculating that we haven't had an rns yet as patients on the trial would potentially bias their 90 day data if they knew the drug did or didn't work. We are talking of only a few patients at most...... and yes why bother with that if primary endpoints failed.

One important point that people may be missing with regard to the 90 day endpoints.

From the Protocol..... "The key secondary endpoint of progression to severe disease or death within the 35-day study period will be formally tested, provided statistical significance is declared in both of the primary endpoints."

So if the company is waiting going to analyse any of the secondary endpoints, of which the 60/ 90 day data are, then the study must have...... "provided statistical significance is declared in both of the primary endpoints."

Ndn, I expected the analysis to take 5 weeks for the primary endpoint. No reason why it shouldn't. At the time I didn't consider the bais that could be introduced for the 60 and 90 day endpoints with respect to making that data public. The bais idea only actually came to me yesterday and was bought up on another platform. If you can be arsed going back through my posts you will find I never predicted a date for when results would come but suggested timeframes for analysis of those endpoints. In the meantime the actions of the company have filled me with confidence in where this is headed.

WRT to the LC data I don't hold out much hope for signals with this and think much further study will be needed. There are too many unknowns with LC at this stage in terms of cases and symptoms.

The headline data will be released before the 90 day data as this is what is needed for EUA and the company will want that process started asap...... and you can quote me on that in the future as I know you like to hold onto these things!

Dippfs, Seems that way. It would introduce bais into the dataset if people knew that the drug either did/didn't work prior to their 90 day questionnaire. I expect headline data to come soon after that though.

Doc, They will be able to start the regulatory process without having these staff in position so it has little influence on when an rns will be delivered. They have been working on the EUA application for months as was highlighted in previous rns's.

Tony, OTC does not have any market makers/brokers. It is not on any exchange. Its just someone who has asked his dealer to find them some SNG shares and when they want to sell them again they ask there dealer to find someone to buy them.

Manifesto, There has been 1.5m shares traded on OTC since 11th January..... in total! It has no influence on price here or traders. You follow the trading patterns. The bots and whoever has control of them are making a killing controlling the price within a range between about a low of 170 and a high of 210 ish and its been this way for months.

The SYGGF is just trades between private individuals. Its volume is tiny. I find it very hard to believe that the small volumes there have any influence over the trading on the LSE. Yesterdays total volume was 138k shares in total.

Wow. Your comparing a tiny biotech with less than a dozen employees to a giant $100b+ MCAP company with over 2400 employees with the full support of the US government behind them.

Getting P2/P3 completed within two years is a remarkable achievement for the size of this company!

I think it will depend on what kind of publicity is lined up for the US. One of the reasons for the large rise on P2 was the buying in of US funds Venrock and Tikevah. If some big US buyers step up then who knows. As you say there are many catalysing events and SP will be dependent on how quickly they are realised.

If you know anything about Remdesivir you will realise that it’s effectivness is questionable at best yet it still yields significant value for Gilead due to there being very few competitors in this space.

Now for SNG it will obviously come down to orders out of the US as to where the ultimate valuation ends up but it seems the company is positioning itself for a sustained presence in the US.
