You cannot state that no one will pay a fair price/premium for what is in the ground, that is pure conjecture on your part.

As for a diverse book, can you name one mine that was taken over/ bought out by a mining company where the mine bought had no other investors?

You do not and cannot know what a holder of the shares here will accept, your so called diverse book holds no water, in the end a fair price will be offered which will be acceptable to the majority, then that will conclude the deal

I believe when you explain what has already been said or been printed you may be wasting your time, some actually need you to hold their hands and show them that Solgold are doing very well at the moment, if you have the time, it may help if you could draw some pictures as the written word seems to go over their heads.

Looking at the trade price, I would be quite confident it is a buy.

However, in my opinion, I do not trust these little news snippets. Have any of these big miners actually said they are not interested in Solgold?

Why do they continue to hold shares that they bought much higher than it is today, why when they could have sold earlier and invested that money into something that is returning a dividend.

They could have sold a few times since their purchases and bought back in at the 5’s and 6’s a few times?

So do your own critical thinking here people, if they are not interested then why do they hold?

How many times have we heard these stories, yet there they are holding onto these unwanted shares like they could be magic beans

Some decent buys after hours

There wasn’t as BBG put it, just BHP talking about M & A and clarifying the need for copper etc going to be in high demand.

Tesla building their own battery making factory in USA, Tesla rolling out charging stations all over, Tesla building these large electrical storage cabins, electrification definitely moving along quickly.

I’m a novice when trying to research all the new and up coming demands that will be made to produce copper, so if I can see it’s going to get very competitive then them in the know must be making a killing or will be and getting into position

Europe now is destined to go for electrification in a big way now, they need security to supply their own countries power.

Downside here, I am struggling to see any, may take a little time or could be anytime here, who knows

If you counted all the small holder’s holdings , that’s not a bad amount.

But you need to deduct shareholders that are happy enough for this board to pursue their goals which have been set out, so don’t presume there are more unhappy than happy

Ha ha ha, don’t you just love this bulletin board, the agm went through without any problems, why is everyone now starting to moan, oh that’s right, no rns every week, no one cuddling the investors who made their choice and can leave at anytime.

Few newish posters doing the damndest to unsettle this board, well you carry on because you won’t make a difference. No one here has run a junior exploration mining company have they, nor do you know what they have to do to keep all investors happy, not just a little bulletin board of disgruntled small holders, anyone here have 1, 2, 3% of the company? Nope, we all jumped on to Solgold for a chance to make a nice earner from the company you are all bad mouthing, makes sense, this bulletin board has become infected with people that have an agenda, wake up people, stop biting the hook with no bait.

Gold, copper and silver will be needed more and more in the coming years, it can’t and won’t be left in the ground, Ecuador needs mining as much as we need Solgold to flourish, anyway you carry on with your rants, all you will do is drive away the small investors which we all are
