Sapan Gai, CCO at Sovereign Metals, discusses their superior graphite test results. Watch the video here.
This from HM Gov:
'First publication'
'The IPO will publish your patent application shortly after 18 months from your filing date (or priority date if there is one), as long as you have met the formal requirements, filed Form 9A together with the appropriate fees and not asked us to withdraw your application.'
So anytime after 18 months rather than precisely. A little longer to wait perhaps? No matter - big news when it arrives IMHO.

Motley Fool have finally got the message today:
"A penny stock for the pharma arena
I also think Sareum Holdings (LSE: SAR) could be a top penny stock to buy today and to hold for years. This UK healthcare firm specialises in producing drugs for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune disorders. And the company is making huge strides in these therapy areas, as recent testing updates show."
About time
RMM3383 - Congratulations on a very well thought out assessment, and one I fully agree with. I just wish I had expressed it as eloquently as you have. The long term potential appears quite extraordinary. Quite whether my nerve will hold is another matter. GLA!
I'm always wary of stories on websites using exclamation marks and which link two barely related stories, namely a Chinese vaccine not being particularly effective against a variant (which is more transmissible than Delta. Excuse me?) and the potential for a variant that more completely evade vaccines. And why are the Weather Channel reporting it? Seem to recall your recent posts about peak fear.
On a positive note may I thank you for your many helpful posts that convinced me to invest more than I had intended at an average of just under 2p.
Mafuta / Holbeach- That exemption relates to Corporation Tax on UK capital gains made by the nominated company. I'm not aware of any other exemption but I'm no expert unfortunately. ISA to the max as soon as possible. Regards and GLA
Nothing should be read into this. All local authorities are required to have emergency planning contingency arrangements, be they for pandemics, floods, terrorism etc. The exact nature depends on the local authority and the potential risk involved. So really nothing to see here.
I can't help but think that if it is Covid related the powers that be would have moved heaven and earth to have had it fast-tracked (a quiet word here and there to the right people, you know the sort of thing). Surely in the middle (and I'm really hoping it was the middle) of a pandemic a potentially ground-breaking treatment can't be allowed to sit in someone's In-Tray gathering dust? Can it?
I also listened to the investor presentation, and the comment that the 'world would find out' (or words to that effect) simply struck me as meaning the information would be placed in the public domain for all to see. Perhaps I didn't realise the potential at the time. I do now.
BoilB - That seems to be one of the recent Motley Fool articles translated into Bulgarian and back to English, via Taiwanese (or similar). Mind you, if you don't want to read some total ****e then avoid Own Snap (which keeps popping up on my Google feed) like the plague. Anyway, 7p and holding tonight is good for me.
Thoth - agree totally, although I do get a little weary of Dr. Ghebreyesus going on about vaccine inequality. The UK currently has the second highest 7 day rate of infection in the world (according to John Hopkins Uni) after Indonesia, but is also one of the most fully vaccinated. ( I suspect we will soon have the dubious honour of being in first place). Other than a moral case for vaccinating front line healthcare workers in developing countries I’m not sure spreading a precious resource thinly amongst countries with a much younger, much healthier and much less infected population would do other than cause more deaths in those countries with the older, sicker and increasingly obese populations. If herd immunity actually exists I doubt anywhere would achieve it if Dr G’s vaccination ambitions were met.
Incidentally, I read today that over 4000 deaths in India have been attributed to the black fungal infection caused by the use of steroids to treat Covid. Surely another string to the SAR bow.
4Harley.
Not what I meant, but I could have worded it better. SAR have a drug which appears equally effective as baracitinib (which is more effective than dexamethazone), but as far as is currently established without the side effects warranting that black box warning. That’s my understanding anyway. More good news soon, surely!
This says a lot IMHO
”demonstrated a profile that was superior to the anti-inflammatory steroid dexamethasone and similar to baricitinib, a JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor”
So that’s better than an existing treatment (which appears to be a factor in the black fungus issue that has caused thousands of deaths in India) and similar to one with a black box warning for severe side effects.
Exciting times! GLA, especially those with the foresight to have stuck with SAR for years.
Reported in The Times of India. Seems to be attributed in part to low vaccination rates in the under 40s and complacency re social distancing etc. Anyone who has ever been to India (a country I love) will understand just how difficult it is to socially distance even if you want to. Taking into account demographics a high number of cases in younger people is surely to be expected, especially as the young are often the sole breadwinner in muktigenerational families. Whoever develops a treatment for this disease it cannot come soon enough.
