Its very likely the 2 Million has been used to pay the transactions needed to list on the LSE. Depending on whether were listing as EMMAC or being acquired by someone big in Europe like Canopy for instance.

Not following through with the Andina deal will be the best thing that's happened to EMMAC so far.

EMMAC is a European company and in my opinion is far better suited to be on a European exchange ie London Stock Exchange.

We don't want to be associated with the plethora of Overseas Cannabis companies who don't have the same attention to detail and look as good under the microscope to the authorities as EMMAC do.

In my Opinion you should hold onto your tickets for what's coming next.

A london listing does and doesnt make sense. we have to be in a position were we can pivot to recri as and when it happens too. Which is the only reason i think were not going to London.

That's unfortunate. For the yanks. I wonder if the 2 million was for a listing on the London Stock Exchange now that we have the go ahead from the authorities.
