A late RNS last Friday .... Exclusivity Period with Rosenblatt Law Limited -

RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the legal services group, today announces that, following a request by Mr Ian Rosenblatt on Tuesday 7 January 2025, it (together with subsidiaries RBG Legal Services Limited and RBL Law Limited) have entered into an exclusivity period with Mr Rosenblatt (together with entities and individuals connected with him[1]) for the purposes of exploring a sale of the 'Rosenblatt' branded business together with certain assets owned by RBGH to Rosenblatt Law Limited ("RLL") (formerly known as AWH Acquisition Corp Corporate Limited) ( "Disposal"). The Company based its previous understanding of Mr Rosenblatt's ownership of RLL on documents filed at Companies House. It seems at least MMs have tried to do so and buys are taking over, as some shareholders most likely would hope so too of a Takeover of the company, I have taken a small punt to see how it turns up.

The buys though small have got the price moving up, some would say in the right direction. 15.50 v 16.50p

As expected the recovery is on, 15.50p on the bid

Share price has gone under the Lower Bollinger Band ( buy signal they say ) Two days of panic on the market has got into the stock also, reaching a bargain price. A bounce from the lows of the day.

Some bounce from the early sell-off from late yesterday

Some panic on the market for 2nd day in a row, though it was also recovering from the lows after opening.

Some bargains are being bought at bargain prices ( JANUARY SALES )

286p +5.50p / A very good day for the stock and following the last couple of days also rising, from the lows. the volume has gone up also lately and after the little intraday retrace is moving higher again.

The 20K seller that the MM was working on getting rid of was filled it seems

Strange but true, still the same price and we had a few large buy trades 2.5k, 5k, 1.5K, 2.5K,

The last price paid for buying is almost full ask 399.75p

BOOM is the story, Indices are down so MMs know, they want to keep the stock where it is. But the prices paid for buying and selling got very close to the point where something had to go
