below is what I posted somewhere else, the total number of share being bought since the last TR.1 was 5M, and they normally buy slowly in small parcel so do not affect the share price and able to buy cheap, for that hd 20 days to do so.......

My conclusion
Was holding 20.500.000 share or 4,08% on the TR.1 of 02 January 2020

So It could easily been buying in lots to reach just short of 5% till last Friday, so did not have to report it.
there was a 600k buy this morning or 0.12%
So any buy today and have gone over the 5% and had to issued the TR.1 of 5.08% at 2.10 pm.

Well those 578 k at 62.3 on the order book were taken on the UT

At this rate of rise on the chart SP would finish over 62, but if there is a spike then the high of the day should be Bulls eye.

shorts reason earlier

Have use TLW today as the share price has gone up by 14.38p% from the low under 55p to 62.68p today.

There was 2 reasons at that point
1 - oil price was moving lower
2 - has rising 14.38% on 12 hours of trading

It was marked down to support 60p and bouncing back now @ 60.80p

Once it broke down the uptrend of the last 12 hours of trading the movement down was fast and back to support 60p
