Mongolian government has a perfect opportunity to invest in PMs block 20 and take some control of their oil . Clearly PC can not be trusted and Mongolian are helpless.

They've invested 400/500 million on the pipeline and invested 1b on refinery.

Another 40m invested in PM will make them majority shareholders and they can soon recoup their investments. The public will also be backing this move
