In the last meeting the locals had to approve the airport land which was of national importance.

So looking at the situation fastest way is to get to court with the cabinet approval.

The government doesn't have a clue on how to resolve this situation otherwise we would've got our LP by now.

Wos. In 2019. PM took governor to court on the 15th of August. He was served with a notice.

5th Dec verdict was given and PM land was confiscated on the 12th of December 2019.

Magnai Trade took governor to court on17th August

Verdict was on Facebook in October.

So the whole process is not long.

It's Mongolia with very few cases.

Why do you but in everytime someone questions management or the company. Let it be . Its a board for positive and negative feedback.

Wos , criticism of the management is not a crime . I'm just starting the facts that our management has got us all in this mess. They were not clever enough to get local permit . It's common sense .
