But silver what's your option on chabs posting up this property that he claims he sold when he obviously has never lived there? It hasn't been sold! What does this say about his statement he provided on a public forum

Chabs posted up that address and had a ready made excuse it was sold off and parcelled off individually hoping it would throw us of his scent. The trouble is chabs there's no record of this farm or that ever happening.

Well i can confirm the only farm sold in 2022 hasn't made any planning applications to split into 'parcels of land in recent years.

No other farms were sold on this road in 2022.

So not sure where chaebol gets off telling us he sold his farm in 2022 and it was parcelled up into parcels of land.. :)

Call it a coincidence but Duke posted here that chabol turned up at his 'farm' to collect on a bet he lost then went on about what a God chaebol is and I should apologise...

There were 14 recorded sales in 2022 and only one listed as a farm.

And its not the same as the one on the made up statement.

But you said it would take a whole lot of time to find out. Not true more like under 1 min to find your completion statement. But I guess you wouldn't know this. Back to filter. Next time becareful who reads the nonsense you post especially if its their world.

FYI - it doesn't matter if the land is subsequently 'parceled up' the historical ownership is still listed under the new title.

My simple questions are how long we're you the freeholder for? That doesn't make me dumb. It's my primary business acquiring property.
