“Sold up” almost always implies they sold their house/property there.

It usually means:

Sold their home

Closed down their base there

Moved location permanently

It doesn’t normally refer to selling a business unless they specifically say “sold my business.”

So the implication is: 👉 They owned property in Tolleshunt Knights, sold it, and relocated to Norfolk.

Well i found 'longbarn' its an out building and got planning in 1998 and used as a holiday let belonging to a cottage.

Same owners currently.

He's made several mistakes and it confirms to me what I always thought of him. He absolutely didn't live where he claims and no recorded sale transfers that match. And the 'buyers' aren't listed either. I doubt anything he says. He's just another novicehunter that trys to bluff everyone all of the time.

But silver what's your option on chabs posting up this property that he claims he sold when he obviously has never lived there? It hasn't been sold! What does this say about his statement he provided on a public forum
