Today is a step in the right direction and the market has spoken and we're currently 27% higher.

The claim is against the sellers and co.

They tried to have it stayed to arbitration so its hidden behind closed doors. They failed and have to pay legal cost to gst. So the case continues in the public domain at this stage. Named and shamed in Singapore is a big thing

We know they were in advanced talks for settlement at arbitration and it fell through- gst escalated the claim up to high court with a broader claim up to $4.2m and the defendants in panic went for a stay application. Despite the Singaporean court system being arbitration friendly. Their application failed as clearly gst have very strong evidence of the broader claim. Even the defendants tier one brief couldn't get it over the line on first try. It all points to the defendants wanting a quick resolution imho
