Quoted costs for drilling at Ingomar and Rudyard have come in below budget:

The quoted cost for drilling and appraising the Clink #1 well at Ingomar is approximately $2,130,000 including extended well test but excluding contingencies. Significant savings were achieved using local suppliers from within the state of Montana, reducing mobilisation costs and standing-time charges.

The estimated cost for drilling and appraising the Darwin #1 well at Rudyard is approximately $1,980,000 including extended well test but excluding contingencies. The cost of drilling at Rudyard is lower than Ingomar due to the shallower target depth at ~5,500ft at Rudyard compared to ~8,000ft at Ingomar.

The Company benefits from relatively low drilling costs in Montana compared with other jurisdictions as well as from savings made by the Company in vendor selection. Expected savings to be achieved will help maintain adequate funding for planned development activities after completing the two-well Q3 2024 drilling campaign. These activities may include project pipeline growth, detailed plant engineering and construction financing.

Infrastructure in the area is plentiful, in part, thanks to extensive historical oil and gas development nearby. Roads, rail and three phase power are all easily accessible at site, allowing for rapid and low-cost construction of a simple pressure swing adsorption plant and rapid commercialisation of the Project.

Over a long time they suffered drill failure's, dilution (to death) costing them over 50m for a couple of holes in the ground which trickles out circa 500 dollars of helium per day in solution. At least the H isn’t mixed with Co2 which Lorna has always stated would be very expensive to separate. What I don’t understand is paying 50% lifeline to bluestar who have exactly that problem. Why did she do that plus agree to pay 50%. She needs to answer that to shareholders who have already suffered massive dilution.

Hex fully funded for two holes both have helium and now clink has 10-11% hydrogen also coming to surface. Cost of 4.1m plus whatever the bigger rig will be but they have over double the cash they need.

Rudyard has already produced Helium that’s a very high COS

The cost to bring the whole project to market 19.1m to be funded with forward H sales and credit.

It warrants a bigger rig to get through it so they know how deep and how big it is. Besides the Helium this could be company making in its own right and it wasn’t expected.

The field has proven helium exists here but Hex are the only team to drill into the deep flathead

Hex are the first to drill deeper into the flathead also and now beyond. It really could be the sweet spot, the motherlode
