And what is the access like to expand drilling for multiple wells. 2 holes so far +50m. Say it cost $1bn CAPEX how long will it take to get a return and then they’ll need multiple wells. I think the point is with he1 if the holes are so expensive it limits upside and investor appeal to get it to market. I mean over 10x more expensive just for the holes and extremely remote location. Anything produced needs to use transport to get it port about 1 thousand miles away over dirt tracks until proper access roads are built. Then it’s the shipping costs.

Hex end users are already linked up in the system ready to receive in country of origin with easy access etc etc. just a stark difference for growth and actually getting to market.

For he1 yes I believe it’s approx 4 hours to the nearest access road which is remote itself.

Hex landscape is a dream with easy access. All adds to convenience and the bottom line savings.

Bo has it all planned out. Prove up both wells then continue production and off take discussions.

Compare that to he1 who won’t disclose capex requirements but we know it cost shareholders over 50m for two holes. That’s huge dilution just for the holes in the ground with a long road to emanating else.

Hex 2 wells sub 5m. Added bonus of hydrogen discovered and circa 20m to production by h2 next year.

And now Bo says they may have discovered a world leading hydrogen deposit in addition. As in world No1 if the figures he knows so far transpire to be true to form.

It’s all about the bottom line. How much do you have to pay up front v return on outlay and how long will that take. He1 have spent over 50m for 2 holes in the ground.

HEX 2 holes cost below 5m. Capex to get to market sub 20m. Production timeline 1 year. Life of mine plus 20 years.

Massive eye opener to me during the Q&A session was Bo saying we may have stumbled across possibly a world leading Hydrogen discovery in addition to the helium which is absolutely massive. Particularly as bill gates and Jeff Bezos have teamed up to fund a start up company who are looking for just that.

Finding the gas is one thing getting it to market is a whole different story. Thats where HEX exudes confidence through Bo who specialised in Helium production in the area hex is operating.

Low costs are key

The bonus for Hex is low costs and quick to market. Bo having operated in the area for 25 years is very well connected.

Infrastructure is close by along with the end user.

It all boils down to cost and profits. Hex isn’t operating in remote off grid locations which all points to more profits, greater growth and dividends to shareholders.

Very low Capex and Opex.

These are the things that will cripple he1 imo as they have the complete opposite unfortunately.

He’s should update the market when operations recommence next week then it’s full on busy period for the rest of the year and production next year at the very least with Rudyard with it being a proven field.

Based on the gas data at 1,100 metres below ground, where the researchers discovered a concentration of 14 percent hydrogen, the Lorraine deposit could contain up to 46 million tonnes of white hydrogen, which is equivalent to over half of the world’s current annual production of grey hydrogen.”
