Seems to be at the lower end again - fleeting profit disappears unless trimmed.

370 to 405 range

Readded 2 tranches around 380p

Reclaiming 140p soon - add trim to win.

Will see sub 130p and perhaps above 150p in the current range.

“While fares were kind of softening during April, May and June, that has levelled out,” he added.

Peel Hunt analysts said easyJet and British Airways-owner IAG would likely outperform Ryanair this year, despite its reassurances.

The following notifications made under Article 19(1) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") relate to two transactions in ordinary shares of the Company, undertaken in connection with a trust established under the will of the late Bruno Schroder. The transactions are between members of the Company's principal shareholder group (the "PSG"), and the overall shareholding of the PSG in the Company remains unchanged following this transfer.

The transactions comprise:

(i) the transfer by Lionel Trustees I Limited and Lionel Trustees II Limited (as trustees of a trust established under the will of Bruno Schroder) of indirect interests in 27,624,074 ordinary shares in the Company to Suzanne Schroder, Bruno Schroder's widow.

(ii) Lionel Trustees I Limited and Lionel Trustees II Limited retiring as trustees of a trust established under the will of Bruno Schroder, and Lionel Trustees (UK) I Limited and Lionel Trustees (UK) II Limited replacing them as trustees of such trust.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19(3) of UK MAR.
