were they wrong when they spiked to 157, we they right when they reversed to 135p who knows but my average cost here is sub 50p now so I accumulate by sellin 60% -70% of new purchase on a decent spike.

However when you take into account a core portfolio generating some dividend income and adding and trimming to improve averages when the opportunity presents itself eg OTB yesterday, earlier this week and a few2 times it got from £1 to £1.40 you can see how this works.

What do I know lol. I have a target of £3 on OTB and £7+ on HFG

I hold both and will hold until they turn.

OTB is a great trader too so I buy and sell a new positions as the price allows while holding my core in each. Improves the average. Tax free in an ISA. eg held the core, bought an add'l 12k shares around £1 sold out this around 124-128 on 5th Dec holding core netting almost 3k, rebought yesterday at 109 and took another part sale in today's rise to lower the new purchase average to around 90p.

If it goes up my core improves, if it falls back I rebuy. If it tanks I hold and repeat at lower levels.

Where there is movemet there is always a trade.

Bit naughty to highlight this without noting that it is the same wording s in the interim 6 months ago and also in the full year a year ago etc.

Dare I suggest that the company is weathering this well and is in a better position to meet the covenants.

BATM aims for government contract, as bio-medical sales increase

(Alliance News) - BATM Advanced Communications Ltd on Thursday announced a multi-year contract with CityFibre Holdings Ltd, and expects multi-million dollar sales of diagnostic products.

The Israel-based networking technology and medical lab systems provider said that it expects its contract with UK-based CityFibre for its Edgility virtual networking solution will see deployment and recurring revenues scale significantly in the short term.

The company said Edgility is being recognised internationally as a breakthrough solution and winning multiple awards, and that BATM is in "advanced discussions" with several customers.

BATM said that its cyber business had also made progress, due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, as well as other geopolitical instabilities and organized criminal activity. The company said that it is "optimistic of winning a substantial multi-year, multi-million dollar government contract, which would increase the revenues of this division in 2023 and beyond".

BATM's bio-medical division has seen a dramatic increase in sales volume of non-Covid diagnostic products. Sales were "practically non-existent in 2021", the company said, but it is expecting low double-digit million dollar revenue for the products this year.

The firm said that it has a strong balance sheet, with financial assets of around USD40 million as well as "valuable" intellectual property.

so my takeaway is that the company is in fine fettle and would be firing better if it fired the directors.

A return of a partial dividend would do wonders.
