A classic add and trim stock yet again from 149 to 161p+, the average cost just keeps dropping while we wait for 220p. Still rangebound so plenty of time IMHO.

130 - 180 , recent ocscillations 143 -164 and 148-162.

Why so? All part of the process unless you are leveraged.

Paper losses are not painful. Realised losses are.

Look forward rather than live each tick up or down and you will be a lot more content. See the drop as an opportunity.

Everyday things happen that are much more painful that a falling or rising share price.

20p 40p 60p 80p £1 ---- all only imposters until realised.

Those in pain should consider whether the stock market is right for them. Perhaps taking a loss here for many will save them a fortune by turning them off the stock markets for good.

Trading update

In the period since Peak1 trading, sales have been stronger than the Group's expectations.

In UK & Ireland and Nordics, like-for-like sales are positive and gross margins remain robust. Combined with continued strong growth in Services which support both stronger margins and Customers for Life, Group adjusted profit before tax is  now expected to be at least £115m.

The disposal of Greece is on track to complete in the first half of April, resulting in the Group finishing the financial year in a net cash position.

I'm only money..let me explain. Most invest surplus income, not money they do not have.

Investors know all investments carry risks. They invest in the hope that the investment will increase more than inflation and the paltry bank returns. A capital gain perhaps.

In general people are investing earned and tax income.

Some spend it vices, some on family, some of life experiences, some on cosmetic surgery, overpriced handbags and shoes. Some struggle with mortgages usually ending up paying almost double the cost of a house over 25 years. It is all about choice.

No one is forced to part with their money in any share and money only passes through a bank account until spent. Save it and then it goes on care costs, private medical or IHT.

Money helps your lifestyle if respected, but it does not bring health and happiness.

the point is to not treat money as the ultimate goal, but as a means to an end, to shape a meaningful existence.

Just going through my various insurance quotes over the last years including the non DLG car quote from yesterday (up 85%) on last year) it seems indicative that ALL companies are hiking premiums significantly and that most of the hikes are going to be the new normal and nowhere to hide.

Even comparison sites are significantly higher and have a no claims history and the only thing different is an extra birthday.

DLG will be fine and the dividends return.

The globalist reset worked a treat. Pricing power paid for by the general public while the government ropes in 20% VAT or 5% VAT on many things that have doubled in price.

Were you not posting £1 last week, what has changed. All shares hit turbulence as management are overpaid while they last in the position and allegedly "stewards" of companies.

Most have just fallen into their position by luck or fate, few are the true entrepreneurs, most a lucky chancers. Previously many gained their positions through a meritocracy but not it seems sadly many are foisted upon the shareholders by box ticking and globalist agenda policies.

Shareholders are bottom of the pecking order as fines and penalties imposed by feckless governments exert globalist control.

Once you understand that then you can handle anything.

Shares rise, shares fall. Some go bust, most don't. Recovery and failure, imposters. Rampers and shorters, also imposters.

At some point most shares will recover an no one knows when. A bid, positive news comes eventually in post cycles.

All you have to do is look at the biggest losers and winners daily. Most days there are many +/- 10% or more, even on deep red market days. Depends on your risk profile and financial stability.

So what is your gut telling you 0p or £1?
