bankmanager, you started it with having a dig at me because of my investment capabilities, anyway, what will happen i believe is this, ennstone as a company will stop trading, other companies, e.g. marwyn, will then buy the assets ennstone has, specifically the uk parts and then they will be run under the company that has bought them, in this financial period, which company wants to takeover a company that has £200m of debt, especially when the size of enstone is not going to lower the debt pile quickly, also no company really wants the other parts except the uk assets, this is why no takeover i believe will go through, why would e.g. marwyn risk taking them over when they could buy the assets cheap if it went under, basically ennstone is too small a company, no BIG company wants to take them over as they would not add much as ennstone are relatively small, it would be pointless, and no small company wants to take them over because of the current debt situation, risk to them with what a takeover would cost, oh and bankmanager, i aint to uni student
