the HSBC angle

we knew they took the shares off BGF, but we didnt know why, now if HSBC were to hold long term then great

now we know they sold, so they clearly acted as help for BGF to sell, so we know HSBC were never going to hold long term anyway, so yeah now the position is clearer, better they have sold up, or at least sold a significant amount

because who wants an institution holding that has no plans to actually hold them

it has quite simply been a crazy crazy month for GDR, the likes of which you do not see very often at all, so to new investors in general it somewhat is mind blowing the daily movements

seeing other shares consistently move up while GDR lacks any movement, then it might appear on the face of it, that it is simply time to move on, but there is far more to it, just have to dril down into the detail

have said it from the start, i am here until product launch and orders, by then i expect GDR to be a completely new type of company compared to where it was 2 to 3 months ago

I still find it interesting that the date is Thursday 21st, only 750k was traded that day, Friday 22nd was the day we had 5m volume

Either HSBC holdings rns was meant to say date crossed 22nd or we should get some more notifications from Friday's action

Certainly read to me like HSBC had sold, the only confusing thing is threshold crossed on 21st which was Thursday, but it was Friday which had the 5m volume

We know HSBC acquired from BGF at £1.50, so I first thought they simply took them off BGF hands and decided quick rise we will sell, but again back to the dates, the notification says Thursday 21st

Think we are due a few more holdings updates

Agree, if you sacrifice the expert/professional input element of the test then you are giving something up

No one type of test is a magic wand, but GDR test is at the top table

As allocation has been agreed, it could be showing shares that are ready to go active one general meeting sorted
