People losing their mind over PMOs's collapse. New investors? We have seen it all before. If you can't stand the heat......

Unlike many here I guess who bought in the low 100p's, this has been one of my portfolio's worst performers as it was bought some years back. Should have sold ages ago, but didn't. Mea culpa. Investments in sub-saharan Africa rarely work out for me (if ever). And Tanzania was viewed as a 'stable' jurisdiction (vis-a-vis other places there).....Going up but still a looong way to go for BE. Africa - still (my) White Man's grave.

Having seen the huge price drop (.......) and read the 1,000 posts here wishing death on all at SOU, I have to wonder how many investors have bet on (sorry, 'invested in') AIM O&G exploratory companies before? Disappointment is par for the course. At least in this case, it's not all over yet.

No idea what will happen in the future, but people are over-reacting with their vitriolic comments - you invest in AIM, expect to get (very badly) burnt most of the time. If punters don't understand that they should stick to buying shares in Barclays, or whatever. Or at least try investing in 'proper' companies. SOU is not yet one of them.

With 3 shots at goal, the price was approx 60p. My understanding is that the success of each of the 3 shots are not interdependant. The first shot missed. Logically (ignoring the many other factors and assets) the price should now fall to 40p. And if the next shot misses, then 20p. Etc. An immediate fall to 10p after only the first miss seems a huge over-reaction. Apologies for appearing to be positive in the face of such huge actual SP losses, but the same glass is either half full or half empty........

Was not aware that JP had voluntarily reduced his compensation by 50%. Am actually impressed with that, given what I have seen at other exploration companies. Contrary to many comments on this BB, the guy cant be ALL bad.

Just to make investors feel better (......) - per Reuters, JP earns over 1m basic pa. Given share performance, not entirely deserved, I would suggest. Of course, maybe he donates 95% of it to some Widow's and Orphan's Fund....

The last insider buying on this appears to be May 2017 (now at a large loss). Tells just about everything you want to know about this 'investment'? Hands up all those who have held on for years and seen nothing. Patience is a virtue but this guys assumes his investors are all saints.

There was a brief moment a few days back when PMO was losing its reputation as a perennial destroyer of value (developing assets to produce even more of something that no one apparently wants, with money it does not actually have while unable to repay the debt it already owes - a really super business model) but good to see it regaining its mantel with a vengence. Down what - 11%? - in one day. Second biggest faller in the LSE, I believe. Just missed pole position - but there is always tomorrow. I bought this at about 39p a few years ago (and sold). I expect to again.

Bunker Hill 'only' $2m? You do realse that is more than 20% of the new OD facility.? If the new OD facility is now in any way relevant to the company and its future then so was the 'investment' in BH. What were management thinking? Eh - nothing. Just potentially p***ing away money. Your money. But of course miners are known for that. Waiting to hit 39p again. A fortune teller said it would happen on 31 April 2019.

No idea what RA's interest in HUM is, but management lending funds to other companies they should not be lending money to and then refusing questions from private investors at recent conferences are treating shareholders very poorly. HUM 'probably' have good opportunities, but management seem like a bunch of plonkers. Will probably rise as gold rises (glass half full) but that will be in spite of, rather than because of, management. Thankfully I sold 50% at the highs (half full): not sure why I held onto the other 50% (half empty) - maybe I believed the rubbish management were telling us.

Hard to believe this PoS was once 39p. Typical mining story and typical mining management team. Retail investors never learn.

If you read my post I actually wanted others to give their wisdom on SLE. SLE has been a crock of sh*t since I bought it. Was hoping someone might give a reason to continue holding it.

But as said, its not worth anyone's effort to reply - there is no reason to hold it.

I had the misfortune to invest in this stock years ago, gave up following it, have returned and now see that it has gone - nowhere (except down)......

Perhaps those genuinely positive on the share can briefly recap why they are still invested. I could of course read the RNS's, but my past experience has been that they all lies, lies and more lies.

OK - I agree. Not work the effort.

Some time back, on another website, posters laughed and said I had no idea when I wrote that I was selling this share at 125p (having bought at 79p and below). Hmmm - probably not laughing now.

This share really is rubbish.
