IMO on a quick read of posted docs and being no legal expert, the Eqtec move to dismiss seems based on 3 fronts. Crudely, these appear to be:

1. The particular technology challenged by Aries was not used or even offered to NF/PBE for this project.

2. The Aries submission is woefully inadequate.

3. Prior Art. We had it first.

I would be interested in others' comments bearing in mind my lack of expertise.

As the link shows, you dont have to sign up for twitter to read tweets. But generally they are just publicity and currently regurgitate slides from an old presentation or talk about green bonds. There is a similar company twitter which does same. Perhaps they will come alive when substantial news is imminent?
