Same as when you last asked.
Do we still have £80m cash though, isn't that being spent as we speak.
Bad vaccine news is that they don't work, or they're dangerous. I expect this is just a slight delay to approval.
Bruce - the number of individuals that require treatment should be far fewer than populations who would need to be vaccinated.
I don't like Mondays. Every week a vaccine is announced.
Bruce - tbf the BBC pinged out an alert with the 70% figure, which is a little misleading. Sky have gone with up to 90%.
The placing was at a discount but wasn't it heavily ramped beforehand? Went from around 150p to 230p in the few days prior.
Suggests not so many looking to buy in?
For the reopening of night clubs?
Here we go again...
I've never felt so optimistic about a stock, in a week in which it has lost me so much money. Most unusual.
BP by offering below market value, are also slowing global uptake of the drug. If they offered what is perceived to be fair value then SNG001 could be rolled out sooner. Doing the right thing applies to both sides of the negotiating table.
No one can predict what is going to happen next week, or specifically Monday as you have asked elsewhere. But in the medium/long term we all think it's positive, otherwise we wouldn't be here.
As crushing as the SP fall was on the Monday, my mood was more affected by the hope that I'd lost. This wasn't going to be become the product that I thought it would be. The multi-bagging day-dreaming and thoughts of escapism were no more, so back to reality I fell. Since then, and thanks to this board, my hope has restored. The SP is still a touch lower than Tuesdays opening despite only positive news, but strangely I'm absolutely fine with my paper loss, because my hope is back.
I was thinking the same this morning, celebrating 140p when less than a week ago it was 180p. The vaccine news has clearly outweighed the positive of the peer review and media attention, not sure I would have predicted that.
The words used were posted yesterday as the programme was going out, probably worth having a quick look down the board.

Merryn Somerset Webb , probably not the name you wanted to hear.
Is a good insight though. The shortcomings with Pfizer such as cool-storage are likely to be overcome by other vaccines, even at lower protection rates. The media are only focussing on the positives atm.
