Apologies if i missed the answer to this :- but does anyone know if we (any shareholders) have asked the BOD at Sar how much this consolidation is going to cost us? are we entitled as share holder to know this and obviously the 2nd question as to what is the strategy of implementing the consolidation? what are we hoping to benefit from with less shares in the market place.

Surely as shareholders we are allowed this conformation?

Happy anyway as i believe in the BOD and the science..

Would SD take the 5% to market and see what other large mining companies would be prepared to pay for it? and this would give the market value? Not sure if they would be allowed to divulge all the information we and NCM know.

If they are taking the ****, let's all buy some more at these low prices, we know there cant be that many sellers with all the news to come and the positive news we have had.

Let's buy any that are available and keep them in safe hands (those that dont need to sell).

I totally get one or two sellers (those in need and all that).. But so many must now be holding firm for the next RNS and all the positivity shown and discussed.. I just cant understand how this can be close to red.

Why wouldn't it be all blue, unless for need who would sell at the moment.
We couldn't get more of a vote of confidence than HNWI's and a few of them all jumping in..
I do feel for those that do have to sell for other reasons. good luck to them too.

A great week finished with a great RMS - has anyone tested to see if they will take a big sell of shares? 1 million plus etc. always a good sign when they will hoover up large potential trades.

just out of interest MB65 - did you manage to buy Sar in one go for £50k - havent seen that size trade - 2 x 325k whihc would have been close to ur budget..

I think a lot of us expect it will be. In the very near future.

Gareth Cave, they mention a marketing campaign in India, i have 25 years experience and have helped launch and market brands across the globe, id be very happy to have a look at any proposed marketing they are suggesting in India and check the costs are sensibly priced.
