Hi All,

Would it be a fair question to ask, and, more importantly, would/should we expect an answer back to a question similar to this? If we were approached by a potential buyer for GGP, as a shareholder, what would our CEO be seeking in terms of valuation?

Just like to know from the man that knows more than all of us put together, where we think our company is in our opinion, not in the day-to-day pricing. I know they are allowed to say a bid is undervalued etc when one comes in, but before it comes in can we understand where he thinks wee are at?

Each to their own, but just one example of the minimum wage- i used to empy youngsters out of School as it was affordable to spend hours trainging them and then they move on. Now the cost of having them and training them isnt worth it. i'd just pay someoen with experience a little bit more but no training needed. Well that's going to end well... for the youngster..

Isnt one of Reforms manifesto promises to abolish IHT?

A non - mining expert here.

If we are looking at Havieron in the not too distant future and we have cash in the bank.

Why would we not buy some of the mining equipment now and use it on Telfer and then move it over the Hav? the extra staff we will need anyway could slowly come on board as well, i presume Telfer has capacity to mill more Ore as it will be milling Hav's Ore i nhte not too distant future.

There seems to be so many growth opportunities at Telfer why cant we mine it faster?

Just an idea that i couldnt find my own answer got.

So not worth being in minors for Divi's alone - with inflation making the divi return a negative return. It's all about the company's growth and increased shareholder value and of course cashing in at the 'right time' .

if Shaun Day bought £50 mil of GGP stocks with company funds for the company and then announced a £50-100 mil dividend just after(as soon as legally allowed), most of that money given out in DIv payments may well be used to buy more shares in GGP, and thus the GGP share price would rise as well as any bounce from new investors waiting for it to become a dividend stock. The £50 million of stock that GGP bought could then be sold at a higher rate, and would profit on the increased value of the shares that GGP bought, so the £50- 100 million dividend might be regained to some point.

Does that help Falcone? or ill stay down the pub longer.

Based on potential production levels what sort of dividend would that support? Once hav online?

And then based on the cash div we should be able to work out a share price based on our peer dividend rates?

I would buy 100m of Ggp shares and you might get at least 3% a month..

Doubt we get more than 4-5% a year in the bank without tying it up . Which we can’t..

If I was Shaun I’d buy some ggp shares with it… just maybe 50mil aud worth.. what shareholder wouldn’t expect a good return on it over the next t 6 months?
