This quote from the RNS on 9/9 “The patented cannabinoid forms have immediate applications in both pharmaceutical and consumer products worldwide” so there is hope that the patented cannabinoid will find its way to market as it has immediate application. Ebers is linked to a big US firm who we do not know but are they savvy enough to progress the product one would hope NFX considered their capability so answer should be yes.

Do we think revenue generation started immediately after half year or has it just commenced with the launch of the SDK. If £6m can be earned in 2.5 months puts an interesting forecast valuation for next years earnings, rather than the historic valuation discussed in the podcast.

It was easy to see the value Bids will generate but satisfying to have confirmation from a current deal. At a p/e 20 (no where near NASDAQ value) value is USD3bn and it looks inefficient.

See Iron Source only has USD150m profit on USD1bn so must be very manual process ie high overheads unlike the programmatic system of Bids. The other notable thing is CVC have their deal on a p/e 10 which is cheap if they float on NASDAQ

PS in the interims JD said they are building a one source integrated for all ad types SDK that may also be able to redirect ads to different categories of ad types.

Not unreasonable. The great thing about NFX all revenue will be either stage payments or royalties there is no downside risk for capital investment in a large fan or workforce. Overheads remain fixed as a result and low. Any revenue above £1.25m makes this co profitable. When it gets going it’s p/e will be high because of the quality revenue straight to the bottom line unlike any pharma I have seen. Cheap at a NAV of £29m. P/e 30 profit £1m done.
