Pondering the weakness of the share price I was about to say nothing has changed but it cannot be further from the truth. Bids has signed contracts with the largest players in the market both on the buy and sell side and there is no competition in this market and a hell of a lot has changed.

Not interested in Rigels share price only that of NFX. However it is a typical pharma and they have to develop new drugs thro phases 1,2,3 and then seek lengthy approval. That time line always cause pharmas with only one new drug price to have a relapse. NFX does not have that issue already approved drugs and they are not a one trick pony lots of irons. Already 2 products heading for market 3rd on its way. Look like the Times article is the real deal as the terms not to dissimilar.

Thought this was interesting as it gives a good example of the type of agreement Kissei enters into as far as commercial terms are concerned. The agreement below includes 25/28% royalties which would put annual sales from the Times article at about £700m per year. Possible?

Contracts and lawyers will determine outcome we know co is going flat out to deliver. This is so undervalued due to early doors sellers. Let co do their job.

If you ignore nxp001 and Ebers income and ignore the potential royalty income from just Japan for NXP002 lot of ignorance there I know, you end up with £15m upfront revenue with a profit of about £14m. Now this co has quality revenue no significant overheads therefore p/e should reflect that. On a conservative p/e of 25 that gives us £350m with a lot of ignorance. Roughly a price of 75p chirpy chirpy cheap cheap.

The co does not need cash. Only £1m costs. If £15m up front from one deal and they are talking multiple deals not just NXP002 no cash required

That is a huge deal for Bids as they are the largest game producer.

Spirit Unity has just signed up BIDs SDK and one of JDs last tweets was heads down on implementation. That Unity push is to get all their game designers using the Bids SDK. Good find.
