Low view of ODX value, past discussion all based on tests being sold for £1.50 (govt) to £4 (Elisa). Tests being sold £13 (RTC) and £19 (visitec antibody). We will see the whole range but current prices are at the commercial end. Funded to reach 2m per week. Is this going down? It would surprise me

Pretty sure AVACTA is not necessary ODX will sell everything they make at £19 a test. Can be added with increase in capacity as the 2mill a week will walk out the door.

Are being taken by CIGA Healthcare through the RTC website not by ODX. They have already said there is significant interest. As the orders are not placed with ODX then they will not report them. Walbrook has also stated that once manufacturing commences orders are part of normal activity and will then revert to commercial updates.

When CK presented the results he preempted the results with the comments that ODX had selected their partners ie they had the choice and he was excited by the range and quality of tests that were coming on-line. Would not surprise me that AVCT want ODX but it is not over the line as we have Mologic and that will be significant anyway.

According to the article below (BMJ) 30% of surviving patients have lung problems. 24m have recovered so that is 7.2m with lung problems. 25% of those are serious.

Yuyus the link with Covid is post Covid. PF does not go away. Most people have 5 years survival at the moment and survival only exists with a transplant. The cases are only going to keep increasing not something many people are focusing on. You can survive the initial illness and then suffer for the remaining short period. Grim.

Bag well so far it has taken MHRA 7 times As long to approve the use ability test as to do it. I can only guess at the data collected by Ulster but presumably there was a questionnaire about how each part of the test was performed. The results only needed to be summarised. Ulster deemed it a success. The results are particularly instant. I would say this has to be the most embarrassing delay by any regulatory body given the need for these tests.
We do not need this final approval to sell but the Govt has first call. They are going to use them in care homes and hospitals, they will need the tracing app to record poc data so Govt will delay home use. ODX will sell to other parties as soon as the Govt sort themselves out. A lot of businesses will want to test staff most have medical plans with local facilities who can test staff. Cannot believe Govt is so slow when they want the economy to come back.

Bag puss the test was completed 6th Sept it took 2 days. The abc test already has MHRA approval just needs usuability approval
