PCL's Quarterly Report 30th April
Trap - No "Thief" channels can be seen on 2D seismic updip from Saturn.

So clearly they can identify where the thief channels are/lead to on just 2D data, the same 2D data which covers pretty much the whole of the basin.
However!! So do GBP (read across) eco, tullow, ongc, Namcor and Exxon. It perhaps explains why Exxon have suddenly entered into 4 more licences to the north.. it bodes extremely well for all our structural traps which can catch and better trap secondary migrated oil from the more risky and failed stratigraphic prospects now proven in that location to have generated prolific quantities of oil such as Cormorant to the south, i.e evidence of wet gas indicating oil throughout the section.
Anyone paying close attention as events unfold will note Exxon have positioned themselves adjacent to the repeating oil seeps along the faulted flanks of Gemsbok, the same plays GBP believe are in PEL 94.
