They have every intention of farming out but we're not prepared to do this during a period of an oil exploration slump. The factual evidence is there. They have timed this to perfection from a companies perspective, waiting until exploration begins to recover and exactly at the point of Namibia becoming a hot zone.
The mandate with Stellar is to farm out. I hope it remains a farm out deal as this just got hotter here. following the new 2D data revealing oil seepage along Gembrok flanks together with CPR we have become vulnerable. So, it may be possible that the two interests the eco article reveals may be ours..
No one knows.. only time will tell.
GBP grabbing the licence next door proves just what a busy year it has been contrary to some beliefs. Again, this is factual evidence.
