Suddenly the word 'tested' comes across as a different meaning..

Note our recent acquisition RNS with amazing timing.. Aside from the wider prospectivity of its new acreage, the Company expects that the play to be tested by the Cormorant well extends into Block 2011A, and so positive results from Cormorant should provide Global with significant read across. Have they played an absolute blinder?!

Should be only just over half way through the drill..

Recent drill completed on time, no weather issues forecast, Mongolian interest on the board is maintained.. Unless an asteriod lands there in the night I cannot see any reason why the planned schedule would be delayed..

This is what the RNS says.. No mention of a delay.. so this is what is currently happening.. just saying.

That is true, but only to the eastern flank as per RNS..

personally I have no focus on the shallower Upper Cretaceous/Tertiary zones at all.. It's all about the Albian and just how is this zone similar/link up to PEL29.

And why are they waving the flag across the table at Tullow..

So stop trying to sell the company on the cheap J!! ;-) This has legs to go wayyyyyy up with the drillbit.. Farm out please!!

Remember they had a wee look into the upper zones a few years ago so it maybe wise disregard the figures? It is the deeper Albian similar to that in PEL0029 they are grabbing with additional prospectivity in shallower Upper Cretaceous/Tertiary reservoirs on the eastern flank.

i'm waiting to see what they say but itll still be in the billions..

They have every intention of farming out but we're not prepared to do this during a period of an oil exploration slump. The factual evidence is there. They have timed this to perfection from a companies perspective, waiting until exploration begins to recover and exactly at the point of Namibia becoming a hot zone. The mandate with Stellar is to farm out. I hope it remains a farm out deal as this just got hotter here. following the new 2D data revealing oil seepage along Gembrok flanks together with CPR we have become vulnerable. So, it may be possible that the two interests the eco article reveals may be ours.. No one knows.. only time will tell. GBP grabbing the licence next door proves just what a busy year it has been contrary to some beliefs. Again, this is factual evidence.
