Have to rig up. Pick up drill pipe and get the packer. Then pull the packer to surface. Maybe do a wiper trip back in and circulate clean hole. The hole has to be clean to run a completion. The completion will also have a packer to seal off the annulus so all the production goes up the tubing_completion. That is all done overbalance. Once all in place they have to lower the hydrostatic on the well to let it flow. Nitrogen usually so probably have coil tubing on site to Run through pipe to bottom to pump nitrogen down to bottom. Could take about 10 days till flowing. All a guess. Roughly what I would do. A lot of work still to be done but have done well so far and Hopefully all goes well. They will have a precise written programme for it all. A step by step instruction on what to do.

Thinking they may have to drill out packer. Then run tubing . Coil can be rigged up on workover rig to drill the packer. So when the rig gets there a few days to rig up and coil rig up. I do not have access to their plans.

The rig will be there and run completion. Looks like a stab into packer??? Drill it out??? I do not know. The frac is out of the way which was well done apparently. That was hard work. When the rig gets there a couple of days to run tubing and we are off to the races I hope. They would not have done all that work for nothing I hope.
