The pipe deck is on the ground horizontally. The derrick is vertical. The pipe can be stored either way. The rig gets there and picks up say in this case about 13000 feet of pipe. This rig holds 14000. That is hard work at 30 feet per pipe. Mousehole connections. So now Ready to pull tubing? Bullhead the formation as it is still live. Probably already done. Set 1 plug deep on wireline. Test it. Set a tubing hanger plug . The well is now safe enough to remove the xmas tree. Put on the Bop and riser. Test BOP. Pull both plugs. Unseat the tubing hanger and packer. Pull tubing , lay down as derrick is full. Also inspect tubing Threads laid down. Need spare tubing available. New packer and tubing hanger.
RIH and clean the well to the end. POOH. Rerun packer and tubing hanger and set the both. Put the plugs back in the tubing test and remove BOP. Install test tree. Remove plugs. Induce the well with CTU and nitrogen to lower the hydrostatic. Just written the programme.

The inside pipe deck should be big enough for a tubing string and a drill string. It is a workover rig and needs room for it all in normal operations. Here we go. Pick up drill pipe and rack back. Pull tubing and rack back or lay down. Clear the blockage. with drill pipe. Rack back. Run tubing. Set packer. Bring the well back on flow test. With rig still there. Everything on site in case rinse and repeat.

Although thinking about it with the tubing out they have a bigger outside diameter for the Coil tubing bit and more annular velocity available. I am definitely thinking now. LOL

Full production. Second well will not be gas injector!!! What a waste of money???

Can not be done on one well. Need another to put back in. Takes a few wells before doing that. Gas injectors usually come in as the pressure depletes. No chance of that for years here.
