I don't think mining permit is the last news on Nayega for 2019.

I wouldn't be surprised if we're subjected to a takeover bid on the Manganese operation before the year's out.

My hunch about the importance of November hasn't gone away.

Worth noting PC, that valuation was still based on us as an explorer.

As a producer, we should be looking at a Market Cap based on multiples of projected annual Net Profit.

Given how this share has tended to respond, I wouldn't be surprised if we receive no price correction until we pay out first dividends on Manganese.

So long as we get our money one way or another... :-)

I'm not sure I've made it any clearer....

As of today, when you invest 0.40p in Keras, you are acquiring Keras Manganese and Calidus gold. Therefore, as the demerger happens. Your acquisition value in your portfolio would say KRS - 0.40p

After demerger, you will have 0.3 CAI Share and 1 x KRS share, each with an acquisition value of 0.20p

Their actual worth (hopefully!) will be CAI - 0.03AUD per share, KRS - 0.4p per share (or hopefully more)

I think where confusion is coming in is in relation to defining a notional 'acquisition' cost for CAI shares after demerger.

When you are allocated your CAI shares, for tax purposes they'll need a 'purchase cost'.

If your KRS investment is worth, for arguments sake, £500, then that will be split across your portfolio. I. E., your KRS shares will reflect an investment value of £250 so too your CAI shares.

The actual worth of the shares will be market value and so should reflect a significantly higher value to you and capital gain on your investments.

Equally hoping to come down from East Anglia... Cambridgeshire. Might depend on my new client's timeline, though, they're in Brum.

The Keras price doesn't currently reflect the value of the Calidus assets, so I think any race to the bottom is overstated / a risky strategy.

Time will tell, but I don't think this 'race to the bottom' will get chance to play out in this way.

I reckon we'll see a permit at Togo before mid November for starters.

There's a very good chance that this is Moritz and Reeves consolidating their personal position before the CAI allocation. I don't begrudge them that, but I do want to see Togo and Share Allocation promptly.

I've been sat here since 2011. I'm still 'going long' but I'm getting tired and frustrated over delivery of the 'big ticket' news.

We were granted some tenements and exploration permits in Togo for Cobalt and Nickel, of memory serves. Although, from one of the RNS that talks through Capital Reduction, Lamming stated Keras would be left as a pure Manganese play?
