Seems our Aussie cousins have made a project acquisition at low up front cost, further inexpensive investment scheduled beyond Warrawoona production and with potential upside in both Copper and Gold.

I’m not sure that the price holding at these levels is particularly impressive. Massively undervalued, even taking questionable sentiment into account.

I have to say, the CAI movement is giving plenty of cause for optimism! It was due for some correction. I wish I had more! :)

I can't help but think we won't see it until international travel is re-established into Togo (sometime after June 15th, when France has established first flights back in) - subject UK travel being loosened.

The CEO being in a country on a travel lockdown may still cause issues.

I imagine that Togo will still be a bit 'traditional' in wanting the big Cheese present for formalities.

For a number of factors, I can see Russell (and possibly Dave) funding Keras in the short term with Director loans, rather than even a small equity raise.

1. Our cost base on 'care and maintenance' is exceptionally low
2. The proximity to being cash generative
3. The amount of friends and family (both) have invested in Keras
4. They've done it before
5. Russell gave up a huge entitlement in Calidus just before the divestiture and instead converted his loans into Keras shares after the cutoff. He has huge amounts of skin in the game

For the company to be valued at £20m would assume an annual profit of only around £2m.

25,000 tonnes/month with an AISC of around $3.30/DTMU would generate around £2m profit per month.

10 bags is highly conservative from current levels. At such a point as we start generating cash, we'll either get am immediate corrective rerate on share price, or at worst case, once dividend payments are made, the market will inevitably correct itself.

I've been dabbling in junior miners for about 12 years. I'm still waiting for industry sentiment to return since the global financial crisis. It'd be good to see a correction. Junior miners and explorers seem to have borne the brunt of the ill will.

AISC on Phase 1 is ~$2.60, we're in the lowest cost quartile at phase 1. I assumed a dollar increase in costs to account for the capital investment for Phase 2, so used $3.60 to air on the conservative side and leave upside.

Phase 1 is 6,500 tonnes/month (650,000 DTMU), Phase 2 is 25,000 tonnes/month (2.5m DTMU). I assumed and applied a factor of 20% waste and inefficiency in Phase 1, improving to about 8% inefficiency by Phase 2 with the advance extraction and scrubbing plant.

The Togolese government aren't taking 10% of Keras' share of the company, they are taking 10% of the new Togolese Operating PLC company, ownership as follows:

Soc. Gen des Mines - 15%
Togolese Gov - 10%
KRS - 75%
