I agree with you Jim. We need answers. I'm all for being pragmatic, and it is true, that Togo has had to go through a painful cycle in country to progress and be regarded a safe nation for mineral exploitation. That we are now meeting with the powers that be to define a roadmap to production, there will be nowhere to hide.

This meeting needs a definitive and final plan. In an ideal world, the permit would be issued on the spot in good faith, and the plan handled as a production kick off agenda - but with license secured and ready to go.

Yes - the opportunity for a creating a market in Togo for the fertiliser business is an interesting concept.

A quick Google of 'World Bank Togo Mining' gives the novice investor a good insight into the distance and journey already traveled in Togo towards becoming a credible mining nation.

What's the absolute worst case this trip to Togo delivers? For me, it can only be clarity and visibility of any (previously unknown) hurdles in our way to production. As frustrating as it may be that any obstacles hadn't been discussed before, we must remember that Togo has been going through transformational processes, governed by International authorities, to become a safe and responsible mining hub.

A natural best case scenario is that Lamming returns to these shores, clutching a signed document in his hands, leaving behind a producing company digging furiously before the wet season takes hold!

We're looking set to be another bumper day of trades and trade volume today! Be interesting to see how this all shakes out throughout September.

This is a very pleasant BB, even so far as LSE (and other Keras) boards are concerned. I think we've become quite a tight knit 'family' of posters over the years, with all the false dawns, high expectations, shattering let downs and then glorious phoenixes rising from the flames. It means we can quite easily shut down those that appear with a (not so hidden) agenda.

When this finally does hit the heights, I think we need to arrange a big celebratory meet up. I reckon we'll be able to afford an absolute blast!

Wording in recent RNS suggested the board were unaware of any further impediments to the license issue. I guess this meeting is a way of clarifying once and for all if there are any further hurdles that Togo forgot to advise us of!

Positive steps, great news that Togo is now in post Covid recovery. A nice economic spike in mining would be a good step in their post Covid economic recovery roadmap!

We were subjected to a lot of Twitter traffic today, CC. Some known 'pumpers'. Hopefully the attentions were taken with mostly sticky hands who research into our potential, not short termers and pump and dumpers.

A reasonable indicator of MCAP is a ratio of somewhere between 5 - 9:1 against free cash flow.

For the MCAP to be 3x today would equate to around £21m, or at the low end, annual profits of around £4m. It doesn't take much of a look over the corporate presentations to see how either one of our projects can deliver that towards the lowest ends of the early phases, on their own - in the first year of operation, let alone in 3 years time.

With the project variables and developments in hand over the next 3 years (Exploitation of international fertiliser opportunities, EV market development, Manganese Sulphate, 4 fold increase in production at Nayega, prove up of resources at Ogaro) - a 3 bagger on MCAP is obscenely conservative from today's position.

You're going to have to put a bit more meat on those bones, Blueberries. Where do you get your timescale and threefold market capitalisation projections from?

I'm not in an urgent hurry to move them over (unless they can be shifted in short order) as I don't want to risk any shenanigans if they perform any sell/buy back as part of the process during critical news and a major price fluctuation.

With your ISA transfer to II, is it straight forward? I need to move my CAI share holding from Halifax, but can't afford to take it outside of the ISA wrapper, be subjected to Capital Gains and then 'bed and ISA' as it is already multiple years ISA values - I just want to be able to do something similar to a CREST transfer and move my Calidus shares into a new ISA wrapper I can actually do something with. :)

Plenty of newsflow due, we have plenty of upside and have been deeply unloved... BUT, I think much of today's surge is on the sandy foundation of a pump.

I just hope that the new hands become sticky when they see the real potential behind the Twitter garbage.

Keras made a large raise last month, over and above immediate cash requirements to make a repayable loan to Falcon Isle, in exchange for 51% of the operation. Falcon Isle is in production and producing cash. Keras is therefore financially secure and indeed, cash generative with immediate effect.

I did indeed, Diggit. It was in a video interview either last month or late July. There's huge upside just within the tenements we own and have exploratory rights over. Even with a significantly expedited timeline, I can't see exploration costs of Warrawoona or Otways tenements making much of a dent in our operational profits.

I wonder whether there might be work going on in the background to identify or acquire other parcels of land, or maybe a mineral diversification, inside of the next 12 months?

In around 13 months, Calidus could well be pouring gold and generating ~$10m per month in clear cash profit. We should be looking at an MCAP of at least 5x today - greater still if that LOM increases and Otways shows up discernible value.

Yes diggit - in my defence, my initial investment into Ferrex was not based on logic, or as an informed investment decision.

I initially bought a small amount for my nephew as the company was floated on the day he was born.

Ultimately, my belief and reading into the opportunities (or, most notably, the BoD) led to me taking an uncomfortably large interest in the company. It's not been an easy, nor comfortable ride, but as Prop says - it is apparent we are now in 'when' not 'if' the rewards will come.

It's strange times, but as I understand it, August is a poor time to deliver market news. What's stranger still, is the realisation that I'm awaiting news from Manganese, Phosphate and Gold, from a company I invested in 9 years ago as an Iron play.

I was probably hoping to have made my money and exited by now, but on the other hand, I do feel with a bit more patience, the overall returns will be far superior to what I was projecting as a holder back in the Ferrex days. There's nothing certain with junior mine explorers, and I'm just grateful for the 'fleet of foot' our Board have shown, with a dynamic switch away from Iron into the current plays - a far better proposition than allowing it to fold which would have probably happened in most similar cases.
