The difference is Catto has vastly more information at hand than we do. Director sells are seen less of a gamble and more of a fact, hence the impact on the share price.

That would teach a few of us a lesson! Basically need a share buy back, a buy out, or at LEAST a strong explanation why Catto sold to turn the fortunes around here. I may take a small position late on the 21st before the AGM as a punt

Hi Koovs people, there is a lot of talk here about the funding like it is the holy grail to save this company, why is funding such a dead cert to save Koovs now, when all previous money wasn't enough and as I understand Koovs makes no margins at present? This is not actually meant to be a dig, more an honest question

Does anyone know the rules around the director sell RNS, must they publish the same day that the sell is completed or can they wait? I am wondering if there are other director sells to come which they won't publish until 100% completed or if they would have waited to publish them all at once?
