1) Political tensions have eased over the last month or two, which is positively impacting the market as a whole. 2) People are buying into boohoo before results because they know they always knock them out of the park so I expect to see consistent gains over the next 3 weeks. 3) Next's results, a good comparison, were fantastic. 4) With no bad news coming Boohoo's and effective and broad advertising, the only thing that could have weighed on this share was dull weather; clothing companies do well on weather extremes - this update will include the Beast from the East AND this incredible spring we are having.

Damo, you only sold about 30% right? Hindsight is a powerful thing, but if you feel you are overexposed to any one share then it is a good call to make in the long run. Youll do it again at some point, though next time it might be the right call. I think you are pretty safe with the rest of your cash, just dont go selling before June results.

Did anyone find out the official date for audited year results? Last year it was definitely the equivalent of today, so perhaps it will be early tomorrow?

It was a buy, Im sure. This should be the catalyst for a climb now, close above 200 seems certain and this maybe the last chance to buy at this level!

One has to assume AHL Partners LLP or the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board are returning borrowed shares(?)

I can't see anyone opening shorts now, with an RNS this week and results so close. I would expect the SP to gather a little bit of momentum before then

Robot. Do you think today was them testing responsiveness to shorting again? Whats your feeling on if it passed the test or not, do you think we will have a proper attack soon?

Yeah I'm aware of the threshold, just thought maybe you could view the specifics of funds and that may be where you got the info from. Anyway, good info. Are you able to track these shorts under 0.5 or can you only get thta snapshot? Can you see how each compares to say two weeks ago?

Wow, I was reading a good few articles on Ocado recently, sounded really good but I was probably a month away from actually investing in them. Over 40% up in a day on a share already doing very well

What a strange question?! Who buys any share at any price? Who would sell at 200? Robot - you are contradicting yourself saying you hold boo long then asking when anyone would buy at 200; why not sell your entire holding at the current level then?

I would hope people have learnt their lesson enough by now with boohoo to not panic sell every time the price falls 4p! at least look at the price change on a weekly view. There was bound to be a bit of consolidation here as the MACD and Relative Strength comes down to level where buying becomes more likely. I think it shows the strength of the share that it is doing so with virtually no loss. I think we are going through quite a clear bull pennant right now and expect a strong rise again in the next fortnight.
