We are just under the radar at the moment, we may get a trading update but results wont be until May if they stick to other years timetable

TB has 14,801,756 (RNS 11.1.21)
PR did have 38,801,756 (RNS 18.11.20) just used 7,142,857 so that leaves 31658899
add those to TB's and you get 46,460,655

The trade at 11.55am was mine and it was a buy

Historically they are normally May/June followed pretty quickly by the Q1 update

No concerns for me, Volz have loads of capacity to fill any gaps

Once the certifications noted above are granted the Company anticipates placing an order with Volz for 0.5m masks incorporating P2F's antiviral material layer.

wonder who that could be TB or PR or both

My bet is we will supply Europe (volz will make some for us previously stated on an RNS)
Volz will be USA and rest of world franchise type arrangement

I believe the USA has a different requirement for masks which is ASTM F2100-19 (whatever that is)
The emergency use authorization is still in place issued by the FDA in April 20
I suspect the certification Volz is waiting on is for there masks to be USA compliant, hence there tie up with A J Dralle Inc

I have instructed HL this morning of my vote against the warrants
If the situation changed for some reason you can always advise them differently

Hi Poopyseed, another nice bit of business that is under the radar is the REDT deal/merger which is now Invinity Energy Systems, 3m Med Loan with 500K being us.
Looks like it is all being converted to shares in IES - 2550058 so far worth close to 4.8m at todays price
If my maths are right our 500k is now worth circa 800k

Someone knows something out there that's for sure, we did the best part of 50% rise last week and looking good again for this week
If memory serves me right the mystery global company contract was for an initial 6 months
And started in August

Excuse my ignorance fairly new at this, do the Convertible loan notes more often than not end up as shares or warrants ?
Also what is your understanding of the comment in the warrant update re valued at 39% ?
Are they valuing the 23 warrants at 39% of there value at that set date in time

If you look at the RNS 6/8/20 apparently with have warrants with 23 companies, i can only find 6
