Sarah, no I dont think your missing anything, we have been seen as a bit of a PIRI spin off, but that is only a part of what has been achieved over the last 18 months, PIRI only contributed 1.5m of the 8.8m NAV Sept 20

RGO/YA IIPN have converted or exercised warrants to the tune of 1.5B shares in Kodal so far, that represents approx 12% of Kodal, so 6% each, not TR1 so they have been sold either some or all
Deal stipulates they can sell at least 120,000,000/month I believe

Correction, must of sold some approx 13 billion in issue at KOD so must of sold to below 3% at least

We (rgo and YA) habe already converted a lot into shares amd exercised warrants, around 1billion i think, obv not sure if they have been sold or not, as we are heading into a potential partnership, I would suspect they haven't sold them

Q1 2021 + 2.5m just PIRI, its actually 2.8m at present but I have taken off the 300k fall in IES in Q1 so far

Also the first tranche of the 50/50 with YA $1,500,000 convertible loan agreement has been converted into 949,547,165 shares as far as I can tell

As part of our original deal 50/50 with YA 228,571,428 warrants were issued ex price 0.043 these were exercised in full on 10.9.20 - sold or not unknown

Rgo had 250k of the original 3m loan, 2.6m was gge balance so circa 8% i believe

Answering the question earlier from Tim
As best I can find we originally had 16,153,846 shares in Jan 19
Sold down to 13,545,219 on or around May 19 (its in a Whitehawk Rns)
Not sold any since that I can find

so converting it from AUD to £ in theory worth about £2m which in fairness should be about right as the original investment was 700,000 and sp was 0.07 and is now 0.31

Only my workings out so do not take it for gospel

The IES deal is similar to Eqtec, we have 16.6% so our shares in IES are worth around £1.2m
