That makes things look very interesting then 50% gain or there about's when exercised, they don't mention YA II in the RNS's
But assume the split is still 84/16 ish

So when they exercise the warrants are they paying 215p ? it cant be 2.15p surely

Very sticky I would say, cant see anyone other than the public selling in a hurry as the rest have a much idea of how its all going

During the weekend doing a bit of research on ORCP, I found that we have a finance deal with them as well for 1.5m split 50/50 i assume with YA II PN Ltd

I think it is global investments that are selling, they were down to 2.8% so dont need to report it now, they had 19,000,000 left after last rns

So nothing else we have really taken into consideration and there is a lot more !!

Maybe someone has also noticed we have recently exercised 910,000 warrants in IES worth circa £1.9million at current sp !!

Poppyseed, I think you know a fair bit about RGO
My research just based on there stake in Piri and IES looks like a cracking Q4 and therefore year
Q1 again based on just those 2, if they stay around there present sp is fantastic, but they seem to be totally under anyones radar at the moment
I don't want to ramp it but it needs a bit more exposure hopefully for s steady rise before results come out

We are still under the radar and generally seen as a PIRI spin off, we have done some cracking deals in the last 12 months and the year end and Q1 results are going to be epic
