RE: RNS?31 Jan 2023 08:33
There is strict governance on what warrants an RNS so they cant do adhoc
This is 100% shorts selling off borrowed stock (that they must rebuy at some point) and may also be in combination with a major shareholder/s reducing (requires RNS)
This drives FEAR into the market and causes PI to sell off for no tangible reason
As difficult as it is dont focus on the SP look at the fundamentals (the chart is to of little use on a newer company although it does show its now oversold)
FACTS
FINANCIAL BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 30 June 2022, Darktrace PLC revenues increased 46% to $415.5M. Net income totaled $1.5M vs. loss of $145.8M. Revenues reflect Rest of world segment increase of 73% to $103.3M, Europe segment increase of 62% to $100.2M. Net Income reflects Fair value movement on derivative (CLNs decrease from $58M (expense) to $0K, Total interest on financial liabilities decrease from $27.2M (expense) to $0K
Dark has no NET DEBT -£327m so let them drive the price down until they decide to re buy or an offer comes in (FED rate raise may cause £/$ to drop). Either way dont sell on FEAR because the price is getting hammered IMHO
Patience this is a long haul
