How do we know the USA isn’t staying open??

Yes the rumours and paper articles are saying U.K and that’s what everyone is talking about

But that still leaves Europe doesn’t it and possible USA until we see the RNS??

Well truth is no one saw this coming!

So it reads to the market as next year not 2020 and it also mentions a lockdown similar to what we’ve experienced before which we all know isn’t happening

I’ve just been reading through the additional more in-depth presentation and it states from this piece (I’ve cut and pasted a section) that they are only concerned about 2021 film releases... not 2020

Interesting as people are just jumping on every release from 2020

They quote:

“there are further delays in the forecast significant movie releases to 2021, then additional facilities would be required in order to maintain liquidity headroom in the going concern period”

So looking at the bigger picture and more in depth presentation Cine are looking at the pretty bad picture of cinemas not showing things next year.. I think we should be ok with the odd bond moved back

We’re human beings and social creatures cinema will Never be taken over my home cinemas imo

Just remember there
Was no issues with cinemas and VOD before this pandemic came about, how can sitting at home replace the thrill of the new movies on the big screen... it’s been proven in China that the demand is still there post pandemic

Remember the pandemic has just put a stop to life for a bit it hasn’t changed anyone’s mind, I’d say it’s probably fuelled people to get out more when things are back to normal

Obvious we don’t need it then... sounds good to me

These cinemas are all small
Chains or private owned single cinemas..

Don’t forget we’re the 2nd largest in the world... we’ll get through this like we’ve got though the Spanish flu and world wars...

It’s not needed until summer 2021 and that’s if cinemas are closed and everywhere locked down again with no titles

Well that’s not happening is it, again another statement that’s not true

There is no reason for the drop.. everything is exactly the same as the day of results, everything is on the table and the world is the same place
