ECB predictably fumble along....btw FMR, nice track posted re the humble. Regarding stops.. Indirectly, HT, lego and SG rightfully noted apprehension over presented volatility. As we all know, spread bet platforms create and control such volatility over a very short time period, seconds, to flush out stops. Get on the back of and enjoy such.

Hi F4, I went for some radiotherapy. I'm not sure how listening to Terry Wogan for weeks at a time was meant to make me feel better though! Hope nothing lasting my cyber friend :) Basically the ex was enjoying the monies too much and forgot about the 3 little ones. I have been awarded custody for the rest of their minority and now a single daddy at 51 looking after the tikes full time in Wiltshire. Taking a bit of getting used as I only arrived back and took parental responsibility last month but everything is slotting in slowly. I am enjoying their company very much ( most of the time) so all is good and the littlest is 7 so only another 10000 or so mealtimes to go! Sounds like a fair amount of wine is going to evaporate in your neck of the woods between now and the New Year, anything I should stock up on b4 you clear off the shelves? Lego, are the majority of your trades within contracts serving you time to flow the ups and downs, swing trade with options to add and exit within set time periods, or on pips/intra day? General question, hope you don't mind me asking?

(@ 10850 on the IBEX) My thinking is that whilst the inference is on for more ECB liquidity, the rebound on the weaker performing Euro indices have been largely as a consequence of such reassurance and that these should start to settle back down based on their ongoing economic and political status, which as we all know, remains poor. I would have preferred to get longer contracts on the Italian 40 and Spanish 35 as xmas can get a little bullish if enabled, but unless anyone knows of other platforms offering ideally March'15 contracts on these, I will drip feed and counter as and when best, keeps my pencil sharpened if nothing else!

I would suggest that the most fickle of indices within Europe will rise quickest over the following 10 sessions and may be worth a closer look if not already in play, gl, Mark.

The FTSE has lost over 4% over the last 10 trading sessions alone! Gold has gone up a little over the same period but nothing worth shouting about and Oil has tanked. Looks to some that Russia is protecting the pipelines end of and that the FTSE is now looking oversold with gold no longer really in play either way!

Hottentot, futures and options... all WWT's are reliant upon economical and geopolitical events. The balance of predictable weighted funds trading ahead on contracts over 1-3 months enables the underlying trend to fulfill with the spikes and troughs within relatively ignored. I dare say that scalping on day trading exists for those that wish, but the obvious trade is not to be missed.

Would be easier for us old folk to name the stock. RANGOLD. Would suggest you do gold options / futures instead and review best tax implications.

... plagiator, the company prior / behind RSS, was listed as RAB, which, seriously got melted down with their Northern Rock, HBOS, investments , etc. I suggest you look into further and avoid in the interim.
