When Northern Korea say they hate the Yanks with a vengeance, they actually mean it and will continue to commit themselves to being able to blowing the **** out of the Yanks. They are not terrorists , they simply hate the Yanks and will follow through! When the USA dropped a few nuclear bombs in Japan, a few years ago,many Korean's were zapped as they were drafted by the Japs as work force and the majority of them got fried. They do not forget and got pretty ****ed off by this. Then there was the Korean War , of which China and the Russians got involved in and kicked the yanks and their allies big time. Communism is Northern Korean's life .. they hate the Western World and will happily die, end of. They place Al whatever in the kindergarten

The middle East , North , East , west and Central Africa is all a known quantity .. I really do not like the Korean aspect to all this , they are pretty die hard in my opinion.

I think the euro is also now approaching overdone, as with the yen , really do not understand the next play , maybe a proper war be on the cards , who knows!

.. ie,imo,whilst there is plenty of liquidity within fund management looking for growth, I do not currently see the ftse 100 participants gaining from it as momentum is due both a profit take and re-direction. Where exactly the money will go , I do not Know , but it is defo on the cards.

.. just one of my trades of Friday ... I was unsure of the ftse 100 direction mid morning so bet that it would both go down or up .. it went up and I cashed in the long just b4 market close and entered into another short as I still consider the ftse 100 to fault.I still hold the red short at same value , so no profit, and have a marginal gain on the second short. I entered all contracts on a March contract to give me some slack. Whilst I still hold the nego March shorts, I hope that the markets will not move up on Monday! However, if they do , I will try to maintain position or profit at best! Whilst I am struggling with what is driving the FTSE 100, the presumption that a weak currency will add to earnings is done for me as I consider this overdone at current levels, just my opinion and my experiences of past.

.. if you believe a profit take is on the trade but the stock has momentum or value, then do not doubt your position, hold and cover with a short, and swing it.

I have had more experiences of getting in early in seeing volumes increasing and pulling the stock down rather than up , but this is just my experience and I more often than not sell when volumes increase ( profit take) and then buy lower to hopefully join in a continued ride if the stock merits it or there is momentum continuing to buy in, however,there is no golden rule!

I liken your last post as a reminder to us all Simon , let us all work towards shooting the bugle player and be one step ahead! In short, a great copy and paste and a post. I sincerely hope that we are all up to the challenges that 2013 brings to the trading arena. Whilst I was scratching my bum, I thought FGP might be worth a punt @ these levels , dyor and all that , just my opinion , to float amongst our group of friends, etc , maybe cfd route, atb , Mark

... wads of cash is now naff , out of date .. nice in the hand but associated to cash only folk and dodgy dealing at best , best likened to the likes yellow pages and all that..
