@benny-hill finnCap are better at valuing companies and are very well known in the industry. The ODX non-covid business is valued at £105m - £155m alone. I'm not saying that the select few who disagree are armchair investors and novices, but finnCap are very good at what they do.

Of course we will get quotes from the finnCap note, stating something generic, but to allay that, this quotes are not relevant.

Clearly looking at this differently to a select few, but I would in my opinion say that Omega Diagnostics could be bought out soon @ c. £275m, but I would say a cheeky offer anywhere between 90p to 165p could well be tabled.

ODX have been very quite of late, they are expanding fast with their jobs and are certainly in the growth phase.

But as it stands, the finnCap puts the sum-of-parts valuation at upper end of £155m (without covid-19 testing). Lansdown have expanded ODX partnerships beyond DAM Health and across multiple countries. Adding to this is the CE-mark approved for self-use along with FDA application. Potentially 2million tests production capacity would generate revenues at £300m-£700m from the covid-19 testing. Could well (with some discount applied) add a further c. £125m in value.

New Variants of Concern are a very high probability along with the Rest of the World is still under severe duress. Number of deaths exceeds 13,000 per day.

Until the world becomes vaccinated, testing and other measures will become a part of the global way of life.

Thanks for the link @lagmassive, they are not the FDA but a US based regulatory news. They have been around for 50 years, and it's good they are picking up the ODX news on CE-mark for self-test.

ODX have a revenue stream with new sales coming online in the near future. There is no immediate need for a fund raise and current market cap (<£20m 11p/share) is well under true value. This looks like an opportunity missed that could well hit many multiples this year.

Do you remember when Damon and Columbo claimed CE-marking had failed back in December? Couldn't read the SP action then, doesn't bode well right now.
